      image The store needs to be renovated. It's stuck in the 80s with terrible lighting, dingy floors and shelves and the pharmacists are cramped in an area smaller than my walk-in closet. Bring more natural light to the store so it doesn't feel so dungeon-y. This will help with keeping customers.

      image 40 mins in the line at the pharmacy, to be told meds were not ready and to wait another 20-40, when clearly its been filled on Caremark. Pharmacy staff took a break in the middle of a ten plus person line. The list goes on and on. Glasgow has now become as bad as Middletown. Does Rite aid have managers and where are they? Rashka is the only glue there, when she is not there no one cares.
