I'm not sure why this place has such perfect 5-star reviews but do I think they reviewers are friends and family of the owner, Reza. As an actual client, I've been using Reza for years and noticed he's consistently become more unresponsive. Although he makes sure I get a tax refund, he's not there for you when you need him. When I need him to answer a few questions, he replies as if I'm bothering him. He's very unprofessional. Messages are in CAPS like he's shouting and he'll give short answers. He never picks up the phone, replies to emails, nor answer texts. As a long time client, I shouldn't have to chase him down for anything. I sent him messages last week and he still hasn't replied. I don't even know if I'm getting my tax refund because he hasn't sent my e-file.He takes days even a week to respond to simple questions (ie what date we're my taxes filed, send me a e-file proof). His assistant, Jessica, also seems to never know anything and just relays questions to him. But just like Reza, she doesn't follow up with clients nor follow up with him on behalf of clients. After this year, I'm no longer using Reza for his unreliable services. I'll also let my entire network know that they should NOT use this service

Reza is awesome. I felt like he had our best interest. If I had a question about my business, he would call me right back. If I needed a one on one meeting he always accommodated me.

Reza and his team are fantastic! He's been helping us for over 20 years. We trust him with all aspects of our personal and business tax needs.
