Rude Customer Service
I wish I can rate 0 star. One of the employees is very rude! I try to ship my package pack by my own. She we dont accept it. I user professional pack bag to pack it. I asked why, and She said dont ask me. And just leave me there without answer my question! Dont go this one!

Management has no clue. Some days they have certain rules and other days they do not. Employees here are so dumb it was like dealing with a bunch of toddlers. Do not go here!!!

Just my luck that I read the warnings about Sharon at this location and had to encounter her today. This review is my customer experience with her, and not with FedEx nor their services, which I've been happy with.
She was utterly rude and dismissive. She asked for a Drivers License and I proceeded to hand her my passport card (I don't have a license), she then dismissed me and repeated that she needed to see a drivers license. When I tried to explain to her that I didn't have a license, she said, and I quote "Did you hear me? I said I need proof of address." Well you could've started with that...
I know I may look young, but I am still a working professional coming here during my lunch break. And this is no way to speak to someone based on your assumptions.

Great customer service! Helped me ship my package quickly.
