the pizza excellent. The unpleasant service, they even had our pizza on the counter for 10 minutes because they forgot it was there. I would not return to this branch

American pizza in the pan, deep and crunchy.
Compared to Joe's Pizza, the whole group liked it less, also because it was too seasoned.
I do not recommend flavors that are too complex and rich in ingredients, like the one in the photo with meat, salami, peppers, etc.
Obviously, don't expect Neapolitan pizza.

Terrible Customer service . youd expect for a store in times square to atleast have manners for their loyal customers but theyre very rude and when i called about my order they hung up on me and was yelling over the phone over an order i never received .
