I went as a walk-in to receive medical attention due to a pulled ligament/muscle which had been hurting badly for approximately two weeks. I was so pleased with the staff's attention. They're courteous and friendly. I ended up doing exams that were not scheduled due to their fine attention. Dr. Tejal Patel is very professional and caring. The nurses and waiting-room staff is efficient. Needless to say the mammogram tech cared about my worries.. thank you! I went down and visited their Pride Health Center which I found immaculate. I passed by to say hello to Diana Reynoso and met some of the staff. The space is organized, clean, tidy and the line flows quickly. Kudos to its Director!

The truth is that it is the last hospital I would NOT go to, both of my experiences have been bad. the wait is very long and some nurses are the worst

Horrible customer service at the emergency front desk but I love the doctors in the back.
