I needed repairs on my vintage (1980 Lotus) fork, and they said it would take about 6 weeks. I've tried calling them multiple times, over 8 weeks later, asking what's going on (they never called me back), and now they can't find my fork! Most of the time they don't even answer the phone. This isn't just something I can buy, it's irreplaceable, and they lost it! Truly a horrific experience. I will never, ever, do business with them again.

I got a flat today and walked all the way from the east side to come to this store to fix my flat, as the professionalism and overall onteraction that I had a few montha ago with the worker was very care free and friendly. I stopped at a store that was closer and I regret it big time! It's a struggle for me to walk sometimes after being in an accodent and opted for the closer store. Never again! 26th street os my go to from now on. #period

If you have a nice bicycle, dont come here for repairs. The nicer your bike is, the more they will charge you.
