My spouse and I had no funeral plans in place. I spent time searching the internet, trying to keep near our upper west side neighborhood, I came upon Walter B. Cooke Funeral Home, on the upper east side of Manhattan.I couldnt be more satisfied with their service, from the initial phone call, first meeting through the viewing and burial. We chose to use catering during the viewing, which I think family and friends appreciated as everyone is taking time from their busy lives to support me. And Dignity Memorial, besides having somewhere for family and friends to share memories, they send emails with articles on grieving and mourning which have also been very informative and comforting. I would recommend Walter B, Cooke and Dignity Memorial, I am already planning to pre plan my final plans. Thank you to Nicholas and his staff for all their compassion and support.

Very professional services. Respectful and peaceful environment and staff. All staff made us feel very welcomed and cared for. They took care of everything for us and made it extremely easy. Nicholas and Selena thank you so much!

The services were exceptional, above and beyond A million thanks .
During these stressful times, punctuality, responsibility & keeping ones word of mouth are highly important. Your services and support went above and beyond! Basically I was able to focus on what I had to, my family and my mother. The rest was handled professionally and with empathy, by your team. Even at the last minute request for the limousine was done.
Last we had Mario Andretti to help us arrive at the cemetery before noon. We were there about 2-3 minutes before noon. Bravo
