Newmark recently took over accounts payable for a business that we do janitorial services for & the changes & demands they have made in the requirements to the format of invoices & the length of time before an invoice is to be paid (unless you agree to have a percentage of your income go to a 3rd party as a processing fee) is ludicrous and for what purpose? Most of the businesses that are being affected by these changes are small, mom & pop type businesses that don't have the time, resources or technical know-how to meet these outrageous demands. It's sad to see Newmark take advantage of small businesses in this manner. They should be ashamed of themselves.
