This place deserves 5 stars for the amazing service and customer care! I cannot believe how many negative reviews this place has!
Not only is this one of the most convenient locations for dry cleaning, the service was fast and simple. The woman that worked the counter was SO SWEET. It's unbelievable that people are criticizing the service here, she even gave me a student discount even though I didn't ask about it! How is that not the most thoughtful and caring customer service you've ever heard about?
The actual dry cleaning was even better! My pants have never looked so nice! What's even better is that the jeans I brought in were selvedge and their colors are easily damaged by water and friction (which is kind of the point). The jeans looked perfectly untouched but we're completely comfortable and clean when I went to pick them up! I was expecting them to lose their color after they cleaned it but they did better that I ever would have expected! This dry cleaning store is extremely professional, if I ever need dry cleaning I'm definitely coming here.
Not to mention the woman who worked the counter noticed I didn't come in with an umbrella on an incredibly raining day. SHE OFFERED ME HER UMBRELLA. OUT OF SHEER KINDNESS. This is by far the nicest staffed store I've ever been to in New York. I would travel all the way from Canal Street, possibly even from Brooklyn just to get service from these people because of how wonderful this place is.
Bottom line: GO TO THIS STORE, BEST MONEY IVE EVER SPENT ON DRY CLEANING

Ruined a shirt but refused to take responsibility. They agreed it must have been fine when I dropped it otherwise they would have called me but can't explained what happened after. Maybe the martians did it. Talking to the lady is like talking to a wall. Stay away.
