If I can put zero stars as the rating I wouldve ! This bank and specifically this branch gave me the hardest time and the worst experience! My account got hacked and had a lot of money got stolen. I contacted the bank right way but they didnt provide me with any help. I kept going back and forth for almost two months to only get half of the money back and wait for the other half a while after that.
Even when this issue got resolved and I wanted to close my account, they still gave me a hard time to do that and it took me a few calls throughout the day to get it done.
They have no cooperation or respect to their clients!

Soy argentina y las veces que fui a la sucursal de CITI, todo nos atendieron muy bien y adems es uno de los nicos bancos en NY, que te dan la posibilidad de abrir una cuenta bancaria en 48 hs, siendo extranjero, pero tengo que destacar la atencin de Santiago. No solo nos explico los beneficios de abrir una cuenta bancaria, siendo de otro pas, sino que en un momento me ayud con una llamada telefnica que recib de Assst card, yo no hablo bien ingls y me costaba explicar mis sntomas a la mdica. Realmente Santiago fue de muchsima ayuda y tambin nos envi un mail con sus recomendaciones sobre sus lugares turstico preferidos en NY. Excelente atencin humana, nunca nos apuro, siempre se tom su tiempo para darnos todas las explicaciones necesarias. Empleado inmejorable ! Lo felicito!
