I have been waiting for a medication to get approved for over 2 months now. I called Patient Liasen and the nurses from the dept and no one is calling back. This is a terrible way to deal with patients!

10 days ago I had a terrible accident. As I laid down on the ground in pain I wondered if I could walk it off. When I was kindly help to my feet by two officers that were instantly on the scene., I discovered I could not stand. My right leg buckled and the pain that shot up my leg was intense. I had no coverage and felt helpless. The officers saw my condition and insisted on medical attention. I was taken to ST.Luke's. From the moment I was rolled in I encountered deep care and attention. All the staff,..doctors and those amazing nurses, which I can not thank enough, were beyond professional they were loving. What a blessing to meet such an magnificent team. I was constantly encouraged and looked after and for that I am extremely grateful to all. Francisco, OG, Laura,Angela,Ally,Sherrill, Marie,Aprille,Sam, Cindy,Theresa, Cassie,Regine,the PT team, (that looked more like the US volley ball team), and so many others not mentioned. Beyond attentive,..Creative and humble.. One nurse even made me a scratching wand with serveral sticks and a comb attached for the foot I could no longer reach.
Thank you for the care and the love, before my surgery tomorrow!
