I had a terrible experience. I just signed up because Rodney stopped me in the street and he told me about Hispanics and Blacks rights and he said I could pay 65 cents a day. When I checked my account they charged me $20.00 and an email thanking me of my donation of $20.00 a month! That's not what I was expecting. So I called my bank and they told me to Call Amnesty so I did and Raven answered the phone and I explained to her what happened and she said they don't have me in the system call back in 72 hours. So I called my bank and they stopped the transaction. They told me to call Amnesty to let them know and cancel my membership so they don't charge me every month. So I called and Raven answered and I told her that my bank cancelled my transaction and she spoke to me like I was 5 years old with an attitude. She yelled at me telling me to call back in 72 hours because I'm not in the system yet. These team members are very incompetent and unprofessional. Save your money on important things like Bills and Vacation. Don't fall for this scheme.
