Staff is bad. Not helping at all. They judge on so many things, just that they are in Soho, doesnt have to be rude with customers. They dont help customers.

Very helpful staff and so friendly! Greeted us right when we walked in and helped decide with our purchase. Definitely recommend!

I will remove it when my issue is resolved.
I purchased the Marc Jacob “leather” tote in brown online. I was not very happy with the color and went to this store to exchange it for the black one. A week after exchanging my bag, the zipper started to get damage. I went back again, and the lovely manager gave me a new one with proof of purchase. Two weeks after I got the new one, the same issue occurred with the NEW tote. The problem is from MJ and not mine. I called to explain the situation to the manager who remembered me. I’m upset because his answer was not the correct one. This is a “luxury” brand- how the same issue happened? He replied, “we haven’t had anyone report this issue. Of course! How would I know that? Do I work for you? I’ve worked customer service for year's and his answer was unprofessional. I’m still waiting for the store manager to reach out and solve my issue. 😴
