They sold us a supposedly high-end and durable quartz countertop. It developed chips and scratches in unexpected places, or the defects were present at the start.
After communicating our disappointment with the durability, they claimed they are only responsible for the install labor, and that the slab manufacturer was responsible for the quality. The issue is that we never interacted with the manufacturer, and it was World Class Granite that was making claims about the quality and durability of the product they installed and sold to us.

It was my first time working with this company and the experience was fantastic. I hired them to install a counter for a kitchen island. Jansel was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Her price was very reasonable, the installation was high quality and the work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely work with them again.

Living in a vintage apartment, that cant be permanently changed we opted to use floating stone for the counters and what a transformation! Jansel set up all of the details. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with the countertop I got from World Class Granite, and the experience that I had with everyone who worked there! As soon as I reached out to them to inquire about my project, they responded right away. The woman that I worked with, Jansel, sent me pictures and videos of potential countertops, and encouraged me to come to the showroom for a better look. She and the team took a tremendous amount of time to make sure I found exactly the slab I wanted to use, and then they installed it within a week. The job went incredibly smoothly, it was very reasonably priced, and I am still marveling at how much better my kitchen looks now. Can't recommend them highly enough!
