I truly wish that I lived closer to New London Pharmacy. The service was outstanding! Everyone who I encountered there were extraordinary nice and helpful. I want to especially thank Ariana who was so patient and knowledgeable about the item I was interested in. I hope to go there again when I'm in the neighborhood.

Thank you! Absolutely amazing
Was in there the other day was helped by Allison Great customer service
She should be recognized for her wonderful manner and knowledge of the brands You carry
I had not been in your pharmacy before definitely returning I had some skin concerns
because I did not know what to buy for my skin
She asked me questions about my skin
I have to wear a mask
I want to keep my skin clear but
need moisture
She asked me these questions
And made suggestions
knew ingredients explained
What each item was for
Such a great experience I had with this lovely woman

I would like to thank New London Pharmacy for going above and beyond with my compounded prescription. This pharmacy was recommended by my GI specialist and is stocked with many unique goods (i.e.: Shu Uemura shampoos, specialty soaps etc) reminiscent of European pharmacies. Mostly, I want to send my special thanks to Roger - who was so diligent and kind. He helped me out greatly by ensuring that I got the medicine I needed. Thank you, Roger. You are the definition of a star and a team player.
