When I needed to reschedule at the last minute, they accommodated me and didn't charge me a cancellation fee. Then, when it was finally feasible to have them clean my area rug at my home, they did a remarkable job. I love a flexible company, and New York Carpet is definitely that kind of company. Moreover, I didn't have to worry about the cleaning process harming my dogs, and this was refreshing to say the least. Happy to give five stars here. I wish I could give more!

My favorite silk rug is in good condition once again, and I have New York Carpet alone to thank for this. It isn't just cleanits totally sanitary as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the assistance New York Carpet provided last week when they cleaned my silk rug. There wasn't one hiccup and they delivered my rug ahead of schedule. I really appreciate everything New York Carpet has done for me over the years. Every rug connoisseur in NYC should know about New York Carpet.

I need to give a huge shout-out to New York Carpet. Everything about this company is good. They respond quickly, theyre courteous and professional, and they clean rugs for a low price. I'm thrilled that you can get high-quality results for an affordable price here. They know how to combine the best of both worlds. The last time they cleaned my 50-year-old braided wool rug, it was fresh and spotless for weeks after they cleaned it. I was stunned!

It's awesome that New York Carpet was able to get stains out of my favorite oriental rug. Some of these stains I thought were going to be there forever. New York Carpet showed me this was an incorrect assumption, and I'm glad they did. They deserve the five stars theyre getting from me. Trust me!

Dependable, attentive, communicative, friendlythere are so many adjectives I can use to describe these rug cleaning specialists. To list them all here, I'd be writing this review all day. Take my word for it when I say New York Carpet is second to none. I'm 100% sure of that.
