Dr. Koebel-Werncke and staff is amazing. It is very few medical settings I can go and feel like I am being heard, respected, and helped. This office and this dr delivers all of this and more. All the employees are pleasant and seem to enjoy their jobs and that speaks volumes on atmosphere. I love having my eyesight needs met by this office.

Dr. Watson and staff were very kind, thorough, and took the time to explain each step beforehand. The office was also extremely clean! I definitely will be back in the future! I also really appreciate the non-corporate office feel.

I had an eye emergency and happened to be in the area. This place was extremely nice, clean and professional. Got me right in. Everyone from the front desk to the Dr was amazing. Highly recommend this business. Offices was super clean, modern and up to date but you get that small town personal service.

Very mid level care. If you see one doctor one day chances are you won't see the same one the next visit.You'll want to clear 2 hours if you have an appointment now. The wait is way too long for your appointment (last time it was an hour) even if it's the first appointment of the day. "Staff shortages" they say but continue to book people's appointments as if they have a full staff. Then the staff used to be so kind and really had that small town local feel now it's short attitudes and you feel like an inconvenience (front desk and techs). I've been going to insight for a long time but they have gone down hill. Even if you've been wearing contacts for years if you switch contacts they make you come back in 1-2 weeks after starting which is a huge waste of time when they run so far behind. They need to update their exam rooms and equipment DESPERATELY. Their glasses selection used to be awesome but not anymore it very sparse with not many updated looks but a lot of wire frames. The last straw for me is the never picking up the phone or returning an important email and call, so I will be switching to a new eye doctor.
