Bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter only to discover about an hour later that the box was full of ROACHES. I had actually brought the package in my house and then put it back in my car because I was giving the shoes to my 5 year old granddaughter and left my house shortly after to bring them to her. It was now dark out and when I got out of the car and went to the other side, the roaches were all over my car , even in my Yeti which I was sipping on on the way. I wanted to throw up. I noticed the roaches coming from the box of shoes. I threw it on the ground outside the car and lifted the paper that was under the shoes, and hundreds of invoices were in the corner and immediately started to disperse. I threw away everything I bought and the manager I spoke with the next day credited for the items and gave me $10 kohls, which barely covered the cost of me driving to the store to get my refund, let alone the time spent cleaning and bombing my car, and now a few days later I see them in my house, so now I have to get an exterminator. It was the worst experience and I don't know that I would ever shop at Kohls again. I would expect at a minimum they would have offered to make me whole for the cost of exterminating, plus the stress of it all.

Nice but limited clothes per size, especially plus. It seems that certain styles are for either very young or much older.
