This is the second time in a decade we have used this location off of marine parkway and they were 5 stars in service and professionalism then and now.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel and her compassion and empathy along with outstanding professionalism and going above effort to resolve a minor glitch on the death certificate that was resolved by her personal involvement with the state agency on the day of notification the misspelling.
She immediately resolved it and even explained the process of other quick actions To resolve.
I this time of emotional upheavals and Brain fog to have Rachel and her team to carry out the extraordinary smooth process of preparing and laying to rest a loved and cherished Family member and reliving some of the emotional heartbreaks.
Speaks volumes that a review can not adequately express in these darkest of times.

My mom passed away 2 days before Christmas. She was wise enough to pre plan her services, which she did thru ICS. This was the most pleasant experience for me considering the circumstances as her main care taker. Rachel was amazing and I cant thank her enough for her professionalism, her communication, her genuine care not only for me but for my mother as well. Dawn went above and beyond to visit me at my home with delivery of her remains and death certificate. Death is never easy but with the service I received from Rachel and Dawn at ICS I would highly recommend them when considering end of life preparations. I almost forgot to mention how affordable this was as well. My mom was on a fixed income but she was able to prepay in full all her services.
