Poor Quality Service. Not Responsive. I have to continue to call to have my neighbor 's can's pick- up . Trash all over the street .

Myself and other employees have called for pick ups and we never get it resolved in time. Once a week would be nice, but it' seems as tough that's too much for the company to handle. We honestly don't require pick ups often due to the business being small. Terrible service, I'll take my review down whenever the issue is resolved.

Its Ironic now that I wanted to give Metro their Props for coming through after all the Polishits dragged them thru the mud & They have been our Saving Grace even though the City is ousting them for a new Co. It was nearly impossible to place this Good Review so I had to edit a previous one.
GO METRO!!

I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU NOT GIVING UP ON US!!
So it was well after 8pm when I noticed all of my neighbors garbage was picked up but ours??? As I've read & agree that this company isn't what we should accept. When will the folk who contract them will say "enough already." They show up whenever they feel like it, while missing cans & not even caring about the lack of services being provided. WHY????
