My 8 year old son, who has autism, had a surgical procedure today. His physicians, nursing, and medical staff were wonderful. However, when we went to leave, we had a flat tire. Apparently, security called pop a lock, and were told that they dont come out for my kind of vehicle, because it has special tires and uses special air. My vehicle is made by Ford. The security department was perfectly ok, letting us sit here for hours waiting for family to come with a standard air pump to fill my tire so we can go home. Because no one had an air pump in their car that I could use for 5 minutes, my autistic son had to spend hours after surgery sitting in the car going stir crazy. I will still sing the praises of the medical staff, as they are the reason for 3 stars, rather than 1.. but maybe hire some security staff with a little empathy and care!

This is the worst hospital ever these people keeping my premature baby away from me and my husband. They lied to us and told us we could take our baby home and very upset. If I ever have another baby I will not send my baby to this hospital.
