Had an appt with Dr. W.  Called office the week prior to have lab work done.  Was instructed to come in close to 1:00 because that's when afternoon appts start & they could see me before those patients have their bloodwork done.  Got to office at 12:45 & was first person to sign in for Labs.  Lab Tech finally got back from lunch at 1:15. Stood around & talked with other workers.  Took one patient after 1:30 who arrived after me.  At 2:30, I got called to desk & was told Lab just closed & to come back another day.  Such terrible customer service.  I will miss Dr. W. and Gwen & hope they know how unprofessional front desk & laboratory staff is and that's why patients do not return there.
