Tina answers the phone and has bad listening skills! I told her I need after 2pm but she schedule at 8am and 4pm. I told her I did not want anyone here without me being home. They went on my house without my permission and left an estimate. I called back to complain and Tina was very rude...horrible attitude very unprofessional.

I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. The crew was very professional. They done a excellent job at cleaning up. And considering the market they done it at a good price. I highly recommend this company. Services: Attic venting installation, Roof installation

I have and will never use Budget Roofing. I come out of Walmart to see this truck backed into the parking space in front of my vehicle. While there was no damage, I question the regards for respecting personal property and laws for vehicles. Instead of parking their truck with their ladder extending out in an acceptable space, the driver of this company vehicle decided to accept the risk (rather than eliminating) of property damage and park this truck in this manner. Common sense should have kicked in and told the driver to park in a space where the work ladder is not exposed. Also, aren't there laws to put red flags on items that exceed the length of trucks for safety purposes? If their workmanship is a reflection of their decision making skills and is half-ask like the way they park, with zero regard for safety and property damage, Budget Roofing and keep it.
The other reviews say they don't show up to make repairs. If you are looking for them, they're at the Walmart on Winchester....
