Came in for application yesterday they were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! Extremely knowledgeable about the Application Process. They people that work here are great but just make sure who ever its going to apply just make sure you have a second adult or you making alot of money because even being a single mother who can make the rent payment no matter what you going to get denied because you not making $40,000or more (thats the start income for them) the apartment are nice but just make sure you making alot of money in a month or have a second working adult living with you thats the only issue the starting income everything else its great....
