I live in a PMI Properties-managed rental and they have been wonderful to work with - responsive, friendly, respectful. Repairs are dealt with promptly and efficiently, and the home is kept in excellent condition. I would gladly rent from them again.

Ive had many property managers in the past and Andres Rabinovich from PMI Properties was the best. His bookkeeping, his knowledge and advice are far superior. He will keep you updated on all aspects of your property and guide you through finding tenants and upgrading your property, if need be. Should you want to sell he will walk you through that process as well. I couldnt recommend him more.
