My Doctor is fantastic. The office staff are terrible, poor customer service. Takes forever to get through to an actual person on the phone. They have an automated prescription refill system that does not work. I have tried the automated system twice and waited four to five days with nothing being sent to my pharmacist before calling their office only to be told they have no record of my call to the automated system. So overall it took over a week to get a refill on my insulin. On another occasion my pharmacist said they would send an electronic request for refill to my doctor for me. Again, 3 to 4 days later after my pharmacist still hadn't received a response back, I called their office only to be told they had no record of the pharmacist ever contacting them and that pharmacists quite often lie. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Unbelievable that places like this can operate like this. If I didn't like my doctor I would go elsewhere in a heart beat. I have never had any experiences like this with anyone related to Providence until now. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
