The office is always closed I am having the hardest time opening my claim & I cant seem to gets any help at all!! I have never seen anything like this absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!

I came here cuase I was interested in checking out masshire but they were already close at 2:30pm instead of 4:30pm, like WHY you would close 2hrs 30mns early I just don't understand

This office no longer is oriented to helping people that are applying for unemployment! You are basically on your own!
Had the hardest time imaginable trying to get help in applying! My son called on the phone and they still werent helpful! They put off the original try to apply for another whole month, because they wouldnt accept his having moved and also for not remembering his password from 5 years ago!
Ridiculously hard to get started and then to follow through with appeals!
This program has become a nightmare to navigate!
And they worry about people scamming the system!
How about going back to actually helping those that are legitimately applying for their unemployment!
