Ive had many problems with this pharmacy. They have told me to pick up my prescription at a certain time only to to tell me its out of stock when I arrived. Then telling me to pick up after 3 the following day only to tell me it wasnt in after I arrive. This isnt the first time, 3 strikes your out! I switched pharmacies. It seems its to difficult for them to pick up the phone and communicate.

Terrible customer service, they do not fill your prescriptions until you come to the counter to request them, when the doctor already sent the script in for refill. Should have a better system in place if the scripts come in too early to fill without the customer having to bring it to your attention and now it was just sitting there in the queue not being filled. My time is important too and I don't appreciate having to wait additional time when the script should have already been automatically filled or put on a waitlist to be filled.

This pharmacy is a mess. Ive had problems the past four times Ive tried to refill my medication. I have to call to refill and every time I call they have outdated info in their system. I tell them the updates, they say theyll make a note of it, and then the next time I call they act like its the first time theyre hearing this. Ill get the texts saying my prescription is being refilled and then call to follow up only to have them say your insurance wont let us refill it. So why send the text and not follow up when you know its an error? Im on anticonvulsants and currently 7 months pregnant and every single time I need a refill its a fight with this pharmacy and the answer changes no matter who I speak with. Ive honestly NEVER had such a bad experience with a pharmacy. Youre better off going to CVS right down the street.
