      image Worst bank ever. Quick to take their $3.50 atm fee, but unwilling to exchange the atm 20s for $100s . I was told I had to be a customer to exchange more than $100. I went to Bank of America, which gladly and graciously changed my bills, customer or not. I wouldnt be a Peoples (M&T) customer if they were the last bank on earth. I guess Ill keep my $$ elsewhere..
