Terrible communication for this clinic. Never follows up on their own you have to keep after them. Also they reschedule appointments without telling you until you arrive to your original appointment time.
If you value your time find another clinic

Dr. Barbosa was phenomenal, he made a very uncomfortable situation extremely smooth. He has the type of personality that lets you feel easy about what you are about to do. The procedure itself was less painful than a dental visit. I use the term pain lightly as it wasn't painful at all. The entire process was extremely professional, and you are left feeling confident not only about your procedure but what the way ahead is to ensure things were good to go after it. Highly recommend if you in need of a vasectomy.

The worst. Horrible follow up and follow through, below par customer service and communication. The general lack of care and empathy was disappointing too. A shame.
