Really disengaging staff. I arrived with a prebooking from my working company, the first 2 credit cards I tried to pay with didnt worked out ( not sure if terminal or what was the cause) the lady at the desk was frowning and making noises because she had to put the payment again while trying several cards.
I ordered an Uber eats. Asked to deliver at my room. The Uber closed the delivery and none came to the room. I go downstairs and ask another different lady at the desk and she tell me they left charging me because they tried to call me and didnt answer ( I dont have phone because Im traveling). I ask her why she didnt call my room and she told me she did. I clarified to her that no phone ringed 100% as I was waiting exactly for that. She didnt care and didnt offered to fix the phone . Uber charged, no food.
Plus Im not sure why the 8 floor and my bedroom smells like sweat

Location is great, the rooms not so much. My key card stopped working so I used my coworkers room to get into mine. While waiting for our rooms, we sat and worked in the lobby by the fireplace and the chairs were extremely dirty, chips on the floor, and just uncomfortable. Do keep in mind this is valet parking only so be prepared to wait for your vehicle.
