Kathy has been a sport parent herself. She combines her education with her personal experience to facilitate break troughs in performance. I would not trust anyone else. I have used skills she has taught me in my workouts and in my business. It is not a surprise that when you increase performance in one area of your life, another area benefits. That was the case for me. I went to Kathy to work through a performance issue in my sales. The benefit was not only increase sales and business but also in my personal exercise and mental toughness.
