I am writing this review in an effort to help anyone who wants to employ this inadequate team. They failed to clean some very basics. When I called to report this, there was understanding and they told me that they would send the girls out to redo the problem areas. Much to my surprise, The next day I found a charge for this service of which I was not informed. As you can imagine, I was surprised given the situation of inadequate workmanship. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was told that this is the way they do it given I had been away for 2 months before returning to my home they have no responsibility. The owner of the management company was extremely rude to me. So there is no accountability on the cleaning people to do a good job. When they came, I slipped out for a bit and came back to them being finished and the problem still not rectified. I called their attention to it and then it was solved. What a fiasco!!! Never hire this company if you want a decent job. They are the opposite of what you are looking for.
