Scrubbing hurt ! I dont have calluses so she didnt have to do it hard. As you can see in the photo she DID NOT do a good cleaning , even cut me as I saw some bleeding along inside of my left big toe, nail polish application was horrible! Can do a better job myself . NEVER again. Did not get her name but I would never return to this place . I paid but sorry could not leave a tip with this kind of service !

I did a regular manicure 3 days ago look at the status of my nails today. I have taken one shower been sick and in bed for past 3 days. I called them today to express concern and I was told this is normal I should have asked for. Shellac and paid more. People stay away from this place

Horrible experience. I would never recommend anyone to get there nails done at this place. Went to have my eyebrows done and the lady asked if I wanted my lip done I said no thank and proceed to lay back she then reaches across me and touch my lip asking if I wanted it done I said no thank you once again. She starts my eyebrows (I asked to have them cleaned up) an once again touches my face asking if I want another service. She waxed my eyebrows no clean up and I said ended having to get someone else to come and finish doing my eyebrows because she didnt know how to complete the service
I took another chance on them and said it could be just the one person. Well I got a manicure done by one of the men and when I tell you it was one of the worst experiences in my life. I told him I was going to a wedding so I wanted them done nice so I added a few tips on my nails. As he doing my cuticles hes using the electric nail file thing he looks away to talk to some as hes doing it and cut me I immediately let him know. He apologized and proceeded well he ended up cutting me a few more times. He rushed through the process I asked if there was running water to wash my hands he said yes at the end you can wash them. I had dried nail glue under my nails that he didnt remove gel polish all over my fingers . As he files my nails he going so hard I had to say something because he was filing my fingers raw. I was my hands only to find out that two fingers were bleeding. I immediately grab my things an let him know Im done. I tell the women at the front counter shes like oh well I dont see anything. I show her again and she gets very quite and ca him over they speak in their native language and it became a hassle. I was pushing for time for the wedding so I paid and walked out. Never will I ever go here more do I recommend. Its not the cleanest place they dont sanitize before each use of things or change out the supplies after each use

I remember the exact day I got my nails done. It was February 20 so 14-15 days ago Im in the mall for my birthday and my mom wanted to get our nails done. It wasnt even a day later and my mom was seeing that her nails the lady did was not good at all. Then the next day or two I was seeing that my shellac nails polish was starting to come up and was able to come off. I had to go home and put clear nail polish on my nail just to keep my nails from coming off on it own. Also the guy who was taking care of me didnt do a great job. He left me for 20-25 minutes in the chair. He rushed everything with my pedicure. He didnt care and it was so bad and he need to be fired as a nail stylist. He was not caring about me and made my birthday bad. I would never go back and if I go back Im not letting him do my nails because of the experience and bad nails I have today still.
