OMG! Rafael was so honest and respectful and knowledgeable. I had ordered a new motor and he explained it wasnt the motor but the springs needed adjustment and the whole thing needed lubrication. Door works beautifully and saved $. Which was sooooooo appreciated! I have used this company 3 times and am a FAN!!!!! I also put a reminder in my calendar for an annual service appointment to maintain everything.
