This company made me miss a very Important Brain MRI. They call me 15 minutes before and said they where on there way. I wait outside for 50 mins. Missed my Appointment.... I called them and they continue to forward me!!! They need better drivers. They should be held Accountable for there Actions. This is Unacceptable behaviour. It's also bad for business!!! Not the first time. I wouldn't recommend this company to Anyone who has very Important business to take care!! Unacceptable!!! If I could I'd give them a triple negative zero!!!

Today, I was supposed to receive a ride from Naperville Dupage Taxi Inc. I called to confirm my appointment pickup, and the man on the phone told me that it had been sent back to insurance YESTERDAY. Now, if that had happened, my insurance would have been alerted and I would have been assigned a new ride. However, this was not the case. I tried to ask why this happened and what I was supposed to do. He HUNG UP ON ME. I tried to call back twice. It went to voicemail. So I was suspicious. I called from another number and they picked up INSTANTLY. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.
So I gently said that we must have been disconnected and if he could explain what I was supposed to do next, because he had been in the middle of talking when we got cut off. He basically told me he couldn't do anything and then hung up on me again. I called my insurance and explained the situation and it's currently being remedied hopefully.
Naperville Dupage Taxi Inc. You do realize that I suffer from a severe life threatening disorder and this appointment was for one of my specialists. Because of their actions, a surgery I have been waiting for since 2021 is going to be pushed further ahead.

My name is Elizabeth Bray and this company has screwed me over multiple times. I have my rides set up through my insurance company. I have missed MULTIPLE important appointments. When i call they always make up some bull excuse like the ride was cancelled but it never was. I would even call the night before to confirm the ride. I need a rise every say to my doctors office. They lost good money with me. Im requesting them to be off my service. Dont use this company.
