I was in the area and had a deposit to make that I wasn't about to send in mail (see my reviews of the USPS). Seriously, after finding my way to the building and figuring out where to park I finally made it into this location's office.  Nice office overall - quiet like the other MS office I had been in once before.  I told the greeter the reason for my visit and she directed me to another window where another nice individual was happy to help me assist me with my transaction.  When I approached the window to make my deposit I mentioned to her that some of the information on my account had change since the check was issued and explained there should be notes in the system regarding the change so I didn't have trouble with this particular matter.  She wasn't able to find anything but gave me a receipt (that looked like the kind of receipt you'd get from a bank - unlike my last in-branch deposit at another MS branch) and date/time stamped it so "if" there were any problems I would have confirmation of the transaction.  I appreciate her extra effort and all done with a smile.  All in all, I would definitely go back to this MS office without hesitation to conduct business.
