Rosebud is amazing with great food and even greater staff had two dinners there.. best manhattans too.. definitely coming back

Very loud and busy. Ordered the chopped salad with salmon because it was gluten-free. The vegetables were far from fresh and tasted like some came right out of a can. The salmon also looked like a frozen salmon patty - far from fresh and what I would expect given the price I paid. Food took a very long term to come out.
Dietary restrictions: Very limited options for those with dietary restrictions.

We arrived at Rosebud in Naperville with 5 pm reservations at about 4:40. There was a party of 6 adults and 3 kids starting at 10 months, 2 years and 4 years. We ordered drinks, appetizers and the kids' food right away which we received pretty promptly. When the appetizers were delivered to the table, we ordered the adults' dinner which then took over an hour to delivere. Thank God the kids were good but we felt rushed to eat - time was running out. We had to order our dessert to go. They could not give a reason for the delay and we were at the restaurant almost 2 1/2 hours. Ridiculous. They didn't even apologize or comp us for the desserts. We won't be back. We spent close to $700 for dinner. Never again!!!!
