After working with Dr. Borkowski I have been sleeping better than I have in years! I was unsure when I began whether implementing the changes would help with my sleep, but it has helped tremendously! I now fall asleep quicker and sleep through the night without any sleep aids! Very thankful that I could complete the program!

I HIGHLY recommend this place!!
I was diagnosed with PCOS as a teenager. A few years ago I developed Hydradinitis Suppurativa (HS). I was always tired, had brain fog, weight gain, unable to lose weight, no libido, anxiety, no periods, hair loss, feeling inflamed - achy joints, swelling, bloating, and on top of that pain from my HS flare ups. I didnt feel heard from doctor after doctor. So I decided It was time to put myself first. Thankfully, I came across this wonderful team. I put trust and commitment into the process as they guided me. Since then, all my symptoms have improved! I am definitely a happier and healthier version of me! So much gratitude!!

I am a 190 lb., 59, 75 year old male. I have had dizzy spells with increasing frequency over the last 3 years that cause me have extreme reactions including profuse sweating, extreme dizziness, and nausea. I was having random episodes anywhere from 3 days apart to 15 days apart. These episodes caused me to stay home and not participate in family or social events. They also caused me to become irritable and left me exhausted for 2 days after each event.
I discussed this with my primary physician who in then sent me to a neurologist for a brain MRI and then an ENT and then to an audiologist with no positive impact on the dizzy spells or their frequency. It didnt seem like there was a solution in sight for me and I think my primary doctor was getting frustrated with my continued complaints. Nothing was working.
A family member recommended I contact Naperville Integrated Wellness, to see a Naturopathic Medicine Physician. I thought that I tried everything else, I had nothing to lose.
I made an appointment with Dr. Borkowski to see what, if anything she could do for me. Well, to make a long story a little shorter, it was the best thing I could do for my health. It was originally just for the dizzy spells but quickly found that my over all health improved almost immediately. Issues that I thought just went with old age were disappearing!
Some of the major examples are: (just to name a few of the many!)
I havent had a major dizzy event in over 28 days!
I am not fatigued that require several naps a day just to get through the day!
I am now sleeping over 7 hours each night, which is up from 3 to 5 hours!
I am now motivated to do things each day other than sit in a recliner and nap!
I am no longer irritable!
AND, an unintended benefit is that Ive lost 12 pounds during the first 28 day! I eat more now and more often than before and the food my wife and I cook is really great. I am just eating the right foods. I can say that my overall health is improving every day. I am in a better mood and am more fun to be around. I am getting my life back and loosing weight! I wish I would have discovered this help years ago!
The final plus for me as I pursue this path, is that before Naperville Integrated Wellness, I felt that the other specialists were not very interested in my overall wellness and getting to the root cause of my issues. Dr. Borkowski and her staff are very interested in my overall health and helps me fine tune my specific program for the long term.

I had a great experience from the start, their office is very well organized and everyone is very friendly and accomodating. At first I wasn't happy to hear that I will have to take medication for my condition as my whole reason for the visit was to try to heal naturally, but in my case I went too long without treatment and it was necessary as it was affecting other organs in my body. I followed their protocol and was diligent with my diet and supplements. If you want to feel better you have to do your part, no other way around it! Within a few weeks I noticed a great difference in how I was feeling. I definitely recommend visiting Dr. Borkowski, she's very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I saw Dr. Sexton only on my first visit but I believe that they work as a team and do take their time into creating a personalized plan for each individual. My visits with Dr. Borkownski were always so informative she always made me feel comfortable, so good to know you've found a Dr. you can fully trust and also keeps you accountable in your journey.
