They broke my mothers hip while aggressively moving her around. Very understaffed and unprofessional. Had 2 guys putting in IVs that havent even gone to school yet for nursing. Go to Good Sam down the street.

Came in with chest pains and they ran little test while I waited. Waited for 3 hours no room to go back and treat me for the flu as the test results came back and said.. my chest only got worse as time went on and did they care no they randomly grabbed people. Who I know came after me and took them back. I hate this hospital I shouldve took the extra mins and went to my dr hospital instead of this unorganized noncaring place.

During my wife's first trimester of pregnancy, she received a prenatal screening test for chromosome disorders and other conditions. The maternal fetal medicine doctor, Dr. Jill Moran, reported to us that the test result was normal.
Later, in my wife's third trimester, we found out from another medical provider (outside of Edward) that the doctor misreported the results -- the true results indicated a high likelihood of a chromosome disorder.
Imagine being told such a consequential thing at a late stage in pregnancy because the doctor either:
1) Is too incompetent to correctly read and report a test result to a patient
2) Can't be bothered to personally review a critical test result
3) Deliberately withheld the positive result for some reason
Anyway, that happened to us. We never would have learned about the true result had we not transferred to another medical team that happened to see the abnormal result.
What did Edward due to remedy this situation? Very little.
This is not a mistake that can be allowed to happen even once (and it's so easily preventable). Our advice for expecting parents is to stay away from Edwards.
