Our relationship with Linda/Nayder Enterprises started well enough, but was TERRIBLE over the past 1-2 years. There was a complete lack of communication. No getting back to our continuous attempts to reach out and discuss matters. Even worse..they did not handle 2 significant items they were supposed to, and verbally committed to handling, which cost us THOUSANDS of dollars and countless hours on the phone with the IRS because they did not complete and turn in necessary documentation. It caused so much unnecessary stress and headaches. They have too much on their plate and are not effectively able to take care of their current clients!

Was a client of hers for many years doing personal taxes. Decided to use her for my business and something went south with her. This was all around 2014. I see she hasn't gotten her sct together from recent reviews. I thought about reporting her her, but was too busy running my business. I have all the same complaints about her..bad communication, accounting mistakes and more. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this accountant.

Very hard to communicate , the secretory is not there no bod picks u the call , do not answer the message . Try to send the E mail still no response .

We had high hopes, having worked with them previously (over a decade ago). But we have been paying for monthly Quickbooks reconciliations and annual closing that it turns out we never received. After no response for months we finally brought in a new bookkeeper who has shown us that nothing had been done on our books for 9 months. We are now paying someone else to fix last years books. I dont know whats going on over there but its not good.

Zero stars. Non-responsive. Ghosted after two years of being a client. 15 phone calls and/or emails since September and nothing as we approach Jan. 1. Left us in the dark when we really needed help re: my wife's change in employment status. AVOID!
