I called Elite for an estate appraisal after my mother passed. The gentleman who came out was thorough, sensitive, and accommodating to my schedule. He turned the report around quickly and all my interactions w him were professional. I highly recommend their services.

1) Too expensive, I had the same results done for 1/2 the price
2) I found incorrect information listed
3) They used the asking price of a home as a comp, and included when averaging
4) I repeatedly called the office manager, John, for explanations, he never called back.
Unfortunately, you have to pay for appraisal in advance, one can only look at personal experiences as a referral, and the results of the appraisal can effect the dollar amount you have to pay for a homelife changing in some circumstances.
In my opinion, move on, try another appraiser.

A truly horrendous experience, and I usually only use Yelp to praise great companies. John Pawelski yelled and screamed at us on the phone from the first time we spoke with him on, always unprovoked. I can only assume that is his go to form of communication. We only needed him to sign and send a single form. He screamed he didn't believe we had hired him in the past and needed proof. I spent hours digging out every stitch of proof needed. We had of course hired him in the past. His secretary said, no problem they would take care of it that day. Months later I found out they never sent the form. I called again. When I asked when he would send the form, John, the only time he did not yell and scream like a maniac, simply said "I don't want to, so I don't have to." He has cost us several hundred dollars and for absolutely no reason. I am baffled. My grandmother was in Real Estate for 50 years in the area, top seller in every office she was in. I have never encountered a more unprofessional man in my life.Do not work with them. Bad for your emotional and mental health, and bad at their job. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
