Worst customer service ever I had full coverage and they treated me like I didn't even have coverage with them one of the worst insurance companies to ever get please don't go to them its a scam

Good evening I have been going through a liability claim for the past year or so, to make a long story short my claims adjuster Berry Parker refuses to give me an answer if my claim has been denied or not. When we speak all he does is give me a sarcastic attitude. At this point I may have to resort to social media to get an answer! You can reach me hear on Facebook if you want to discuss the matter.
