I called this morning and it went to voicemail that stated he was on the other line or driving. I left a message and he called back within minutes. I explained my problem and he told me I could easily fix it myself for cheap since most technicians donâ€™t work on portable air conditioners. He saved me so much money I would have paid to Sears for a really simple fix. My husband and I were able to fix our unit for under $20 worth of parts due to Steveâ€™s advice. If you need professional service in Napa THIS is your guy. Thank you Steve!
