Broadway Manor within itself reminds me of a picture I have of Jesus bended down on one knee with his hand stretching out... My 94yr old momma is a resident there and I'm there on average 3 to 4 times a week to visit. Everytime I go there morning noon or evening, my mom is clean, smiling, either being fed, in physical therapy, or someone is tending to her and believe me my momma has her MOMENTS...I LOVE BROADWAY MANOR AND ALL THE ANGEL'S EMPLOYED THERE

DEPLORABLE conditions. Would not ever willingly leave my family member here. Smells atrocious even upon entering, very filthy and run down. Broken equipment, unsafe.

Absolutely zero stars.
Do NOT BRING A LOVED ONE HERE. I wouldnt even let my dog stay here. Despicable.
Limited information to patient, meds not administered, patients not bathed, diapers not changed. And because of CDC you see your loved one through a window and have restricted scheduled visits that are limited, but when called the state, to complain about this facility they assured me its not normal. Nursing homes do this to hide their atrocious ways. Everyone here is trash. I will put you all over the news I swear to god. I will fight with social workers to get your place to close down.

Unprofessional, staff only gain limited knowledge of patient needs and concerns. This limits the care the patient receives. The administration and owners only seem concerned with $$ rather than the care of our increasing precious elderly population. Lack of care increases the risk of further illness or worse.
I personally had to move my patient because of this to another facility.
