So things started off good Jason got us approved quickly thank you for that but when I got my Chevy Cruze home we noticed an oil leak the next day . So the dealer ship offered to fix it well my car has been in The shop going on 3 weeks now . The manager at the muscle shoals Tuscumbia location will not give us any callbacks. He will not update me about my car at all. He is not good giving me any kind of information he is giving me the runaround. I have been out of work because of this whole situation and I have put my own money down on this car to be Left walking and I cant even get an update on my vehicle. Not good customer service at all when I call. Oh, hes always busy. He cant speak to my husband at all about our vehicle that weve paid our own money on. Im very irritated very agitated at this whole situation. they need to do better !!!!! I need my car an my way back to work !!

My fiance and I went to Car-Mart and purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion with the help of an extremely friendly and helpful guy named Jason. We honestly can't thank you enough. The way that you explained everything and helped with the paperwork went beyond the way people conduct business these days. We thank God for you and the Car-Mart team.
