Its sometimes difficult to find above the norm dealing with customer service. It has been over the last few weeks of visiting several (12) slab yards and show rooms, that I can say only 3 can be rank acceptable. Interaction with Martin and Max was great. They took time to walk through the warehouse as well as explained pros and cons of each countertop material. Not only did Martin stick with me but follow up via phone regarding question he didnt know answer to. I have not purchased product yet but strongly leaning towards a stone I havent seen at the other stores. Great experience!
