If I could give this place negative stars I would. They let me bring home samples, and I set up an appointment for someone to come and give me a bid. They came, said they would have the quote in that day, and I never heard from them. So I had asked for another sample, and they called to tell me it was in. I asked fro my quote. And the secretary didnt know what I was talking about. I told her I was supposed to have a quote of how much it would be. Basically every question I asked her she said I dont know. I asked then who does? She didnt know. I said this is your business, how can you not know. She said Im just the secretary, and she got me the sample out of the goodness of her heart. What does that mean? Doesnt your business give out samples so people can take them home to make your decision? She basically had no clue about anything and didnt get a manager or offer help. I may not deal with this business now bc obviously the right hand doesnt know what the left Id doing. Thank goodness I havent paid anything yet. So if youre ever inclined to stop at the Murrysville location, their customer service is terrible and they dont know the business.

Terrible customer service. This sector needs more competition desperately!!!! Surprised some of these places are still in business.

Oh dear, called to have help for small fireplace issue. Was told I would need to wait until February while Robin laughed. Learned a lot about this company today. I could only post if I added a star :(, I wish I could post negative stars.
