the prices are a bit high but the clothes are super cute. the girl that works there (I forget her name I'm sorry) she's so nice and helpful. very friendly. i think she usually wears a red hoodie. anyway great place, great staff. i hope rue doesn't leave the mall like everything else is

I did work here & I LOVED it…until our store manager hired her blood sister who does NOTHING. I’ve reported it I don’t know how many times. She stood around while the rest of us worked. I walked out because I did THE RIGHT thing by reporting it and I was “wrong” It was one of my favorite jobs but said worker did nothing on her shift but text & eat. Clothes are great, & MOST of the sales associates & managers are great. But you should NEVER hire family members, especially if they’re lazy & they won’t ever be reprimanded. Good luck anyone who works with her…you can clearly see below that other coworkers are banding together so they get “negative web hits” so something gets done. Sad.

This store has gone downhill in the last year. The workers are ridiculous. The heavier set one was texting on her phone while we needed help and the other was putting clothes away. Something needs done about the workers. I was here last year and there was an awesome manager who’s no longer there. She quit because of how bad it is there. The store looked terrible but the big manager didn’t care. The phone and food was more important. I do NOT recommend. Get it together Rue21!
