      image Reserved a car. Got a ride to location only to be told that the car I reserved was unavailable and I would have to pay up charge and take a more expensive higher gas mileage vehicle. Cost would been an extra $200 for a week including gas costs.
      Attitude from manager was non understanding and un willing to compromise.
      Was told I would they would give me a ride. But because it was end of day I was locked outside location in the cold and expected to wait on Uber to take me home.
      Uber was great. But customer service at this location sucks. I rented from budget and will never use this location again.
      Will not use this location ever again.
